Điều lệ giải – Văn bản quy định thể thức thi đấu, điều kiện tham dự, cách tính điểm, hình thức xử phạt và các nội dung đặc thù riêng của giải./Terms of Competition – This document outlines the competition format, eligibility criteria, scoring system, penalty procedures, and other provisions specific to the tournament.

Thông báo lỗ thoát khí – Người chơi không được phép sửa chữa các lỗ thoát khí trên green và bất cứ đâu trên sân. /Aeration Holes Notice – Players are not permitted to repair aeration holes on the putting greens or anywhere else on the golf course.
- Thông báo xe điện – Phụ huynh và cổ đông viên không ngồi, sử dụng hoặc điều khiển xe điện của VĐV. /Golf Cart Notice – Parents and spectators are not allowed to ride in, use, or operate players’ golf carts.
- Danh sách vận động viên – danh sách vận động viên đăng ký giải, tham dự bảng đấu cùng các thông tin chi tiết khác. /List of Players – The list of registered players participating in the tournament, including divisions and other relevant details.

Hardcard – Tập hợp các quy định bổ sung áp dụng cho hệ thống các giải đấu, bao gồm những điều khoản chung về luật, hành vi và xử phạt. /Hard Card – A set of additional regulations applicable to the tournament system, including general provisions on Rules of Golf, player conduct, and penalties.

Luật địa phương (Local Rules) – Các quy định riêng biệt được áp dụng cho sân đấu cụ thể, nhằm xử lý các tình huống đặc thù hoặc điều kiện thực tế tại sân. /Specific rules applied to the host golf course to address particular situations or local conditions.
- Vị trí cờ (Pin Positions) – Bản đồ và thông tin vị trí cờ tại từng hố golf, được cập nhật theo từng ngày thi đấu giúp người chơi chuẩn bị chiến thuật hợp lý. /Daily pin position charts and information for each hole, updated for each round to assist players with strategic preparation.

Quy tắc ứng xử – Hướng dẫn người chơi duy trì thái độ chuyên nghiệp, tôn trọng bạn chơi, trọng tài và môi trường thi đấu. Các hành vi vi phạm như thiếu tôn trọng, gây rối, hay làm hỏng sân sẽ bị xử lý theo quy định. /Code of Conduct – Guidelines to ensure players maintain professional behavior and show respect to fellow competitors, referees, and the course. Any acts of misconduct, disrespectful behavior, disturbance, or course damage will be subject to disciplinary action.

Quy định tốc độ chơi – Các quy định nhằm kiểm soát và đảm bảo tiến độ thi đấu. Bao gồm thời gian cho từng cú đánh, giới hạn hoàn thành hố đấu, nhắc nhở và các mức phạt nếu nhóm chơi bị chậm. /
Pace of Play Policy – Regulations established to control and ensure proper pace of play, including time limits for strokes, hole completion standards, warnings, and applicable penalties for slow play.
